Yann has been working in tech subjects and more responsible economics model for almost 15 years. He launched one the leading second-hand luxury marketplace in France in 2009, which was acquired by Galeries Lafayette Group in 2016. In 2020, he has decided to launch Stairwage with the mission to improve the financial well-being of employees and the mental health of millions of workers.

Stairwage is an HR/Fintech company based in Paris, whose mission is to improvethe financial well-being of employees and to improve their mental health.

Thanks to Stairwage, employees can now instantly access their earned salary at any time.

Stairwage is a plug and play solution with a flexible system integration to the company’s payroll softwares.

More than an app, Stairwage advances directly the down payments to the employees and is refunded by the employer

Stairwage also provides financial education and support for employees.

Business model: Stairwage charges the employer with a license per employee and per month and it is totally free for the employees.

Margot Blanc – Byosen

British/French citizen part of the Deep Tech team of the Founders Program at the incubator Station F since January 2022. Founder and CEO of Byosen Limited since incorporation in May 2021. Ex-Business Analyst at VC fund @Angelcube working by the side of the CEO. Graduated with honours from a BA in Business Innovation and Entepreneurship at Greenwich University in 2020.

Julian Alart – Lumm

Julien spent 10 years in sales management at Google and Twitter before he launched Lumm, a digital platform built to help companies and employees better manage mental health in the workplace.

Jude Wang – E-kids

Taiwanese startup E-Kids helps the elderly with butler services built on psychotherapy principles. The innovative solution mimics having a companion at home, where youths can converse with the elderly, share information, and provide tech assistance and even entertainment for them – in a way, posing as surrogate children. Jude Wang is the founder and CEO of E-Kids, focusing on bringing mental health innovations to the mass markets. “I envision a future where people value each other’s physical and mental health, with infrastructure that mandates kindness and is conducive to healing. All components are vital to building a mentally healthy, accepting, forgiving, and healing future.”, said Jude. “E-Kids is the first step to that. We are not a digital therapeutics app; we are building a community that changes how we communicate, which leads the way to therapy for those who need it.”

Daniel Lyngolm – Sensae

Dr. Daniel Lyngholm is the Chief Scientific Officer and Co-Founder of Sensae, a haptic mental wellbeing company. He is a physiologist and neuroscientist with a passion for sensory perception, neurotechnology and human machine interaction. He has a PhD in visual system development (King’s College London), further research experience within somatosensory/tactile (Oxford University) and auditory perception (University of Strathclyde) and experience in development of neural probe and human machine interface technology.
